Mamaspice and Maki

This is Maki Kaji. I only know two things about him.
I know he invented sudoku (or marketed it world wide), and I know he dresses like inspector Zenigata in the popular Japanese cartoon "Lupin the third".
I wrote a little poem for him.

too bad he didn't invent haiku,
taiko or tofu.
